The Book

We’ve been taught that Love is an emotion – well, it isn’t. Emotion is a noun (person, place, thing, or idea) and a consequence of Love. The feelings that we experience from Loving is like the crop that we get from planting seeds. Love is the planting (action). Emotion is the crop (result).

Well, Love is not confined to any of that. In fact, Love operates in spite of those things. That’s what makes it special. It isn’t confined to circumstance. It isn’t dictated by mood. Relationships can neither create, not destroy, Love – it exists in, and on, its own. It is God.

Love is Active: A Small Guide to Save Your Mind is about love being an active, living force and not merely an emotional construct. LIA is an artistically humanistic guide, complete with interactive exercises, that expand the notion of living a healthy and loving lifestyle by offering practical solutions to today’s challenging issues.
